Should have hands on Experience on GEM PORTAL Awareness about product addition, opportunity searching, limitations of GeM, rules of GeM etc.
- Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid
- Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned; Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis; Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis
- Tracking status of Tenders offers;
- Scrutinize and Review of Tender Documents and schedules to ensure its completeness.
- Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensure all post bid/pre-bid clarifications are addressed
- All in house co-ordination for preparation of bid
- Clear Understanding of Work scope & estimation with respect to execution of project.
- Ensure commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.

/ Bidding and submission of Tenders. Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform. Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial).

Skills Required
- 1. Any Graduate with Experience of 4-5 years in the same field (Tender Executive)
- 2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
- 3. Experience Skill Good Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical, and Presentation Skills
- 5. Good English communication skills.
- 6.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
