**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Sim Activation & Deactivation**:

- Manage the activation of new SIM cards, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Verify documents and process the activation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle deactivation requests, ensuring proper verification and closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with the network provider and technical teams to resolve any issues with SIM activation or deactivation.

**2. MIS Report**:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cross-checking and validating information before generating reports.
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports.
- Highlight any issues, inefficiencies, or areas that require attention based on the data collected.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.

2. Well Versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Mail, Google Sheets.

3. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Occasional after-hours work may be required to manage urgent activations or service issues.

**EXPERIENCE: Freshers can apply**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
