**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic **Content Writer and Social Media Executive** to join us. This dual-role position is responsible for creating compelling written content across platforms and managing our brand’s social media presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic.

**Key Responsibilities:Content Writing**
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce original content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand tone and guidelines.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create multimedia content.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
- Track and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.).
- Run paid advertising campaigns (if applicable) and coordinate with ad managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer and/or social media executive.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaign strategies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., fashion, tech, education].
- Video editing or reel creation skills.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and community management.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Website traffic and blog readership growth
- Social media engagement rate and follower growth
- Conversion rates from content (e.g., lead generation, sales)
- SEO rankings and keyword improvements
- Campaign success metrics
