Social Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including text, images, videos, and reels, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
**Requirements**:
- **1 year of experience** in social media marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
