- Deep understanding of the fitness/wellness market and evolving consumer behavior
- Comfortable using CRM software and data analysis tools

**About the Role**:
As a **Sales Advisor** at Waves Gym, you will be on the frontlines of member engagement, helping individuals transform their lives through fitness while driving revenue and strengthening our 20+ year legacy of wellness excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute innovative sales strategies focused on **membership growth**, **product sales**, and **premium service offerings**:

- Build meaningful relationships with members, understand their goals, and offer tailored solutions
- Work closely with the marketing team to amplify campaigns and maximize visibility
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and performance metrics—stay sharp, stay ahead
- Represent Waves Gym at local events and partnerships that align with our community-first ethos
- Promote our unique ecosystem of health, recovery, and lifestyle under one roof

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
