**Roles and Responsibilities in a Telesales Advisor**
**Telesales Advisors are essential for companies to carry out their sales and marketing strategies. They ensure vital leads stay caught up and provide a better user experience that comes with calling.**
- Call potential customers to promote a product and follow up on existing customers for new products, offers, and services.
- Handle inbound calls to clear queries, provide information, and assist with customer issues.
- Have a great understanding of all the company departments and forward opportunities to these departments for further action.
- Staying updated with the latest products and services they need to market.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to the management the latest products and services they need to market.
- Meeting the target for call conversion, lead conversion, call volume, etc, as set by the company.
- Maintain polite conversation with customers and handle their complaints with utmost professionalism.
- Help retain dissatisfied customers by upselling and providing offers and discounts.
