We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **Sales Advisor** to join our team. This role blends the responsibilities of an admissions counselor and sales professional. You will work closely with students to understand their academic goals, recommend suitable courses and universities, provide detailed information on fees and processes, and guide them through to successful admissions conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on universities, courses, fees, and study abroad processes.
- Recommend personalized academic pathways based on individual profiles.
- Follow up with leads to drive admissions and meet enrollment targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the process.
- Accurately manage student data and progress in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or education).
- 1-5 years of experience in counseling, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
