**Job Title**: Telecaller - IT Services (Web & Mobile App)

**Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients (primarily US-based).
- Explain and promote company services related to Web & Mobile App Development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **2 - 3 years of experience** in telecalling/telemarketing, with **mandatory international calling experience** (US clients preferred).
- Previous experience in **International BPO/Customer Support/Lead Generation** is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in **night shifts** and handling PST time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
