Job Title: Telecaller – IT Services (Web & Mobile App)

Location: Mohali, Phase 8B

Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years

Shift: Night Shift (International Process)

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients (primarily US-based).
  • Explain and promote company services related to Web & Mobile App Development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the Business Development/Sales team.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing, with mandatory international calling experience (US clients preferred).
  • Previous experience in International BPO/Customer Support/Lead Generation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts and handling PST time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
