Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to learn and build a strong career in the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients (architects, builders, contractors).
- Support with cold calling and scheduling client meetings.
- Prepare and share product presentations and basic quotations.

Learn product specifications and understand client requirements.

Marketing Activities:

- Help execute marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Assist in creating promotional materials like brochures and basic catalogs.
- Participate in exhibitions and events as part of the marketing team.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn about fire door products and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction.

What We Offer:

- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹21,500 (based on interview and skillset)
