We are seeking for **a Junior Process Agent to support KONE’s Lean & Quality**team by providing solutions that meet business requirements of cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery and competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Focus on a variety of quality-related tasks, global collaboration, and process improvement initiatives.

These tasks include downloading and reviewing quality reports, updating dashboards, following up on Lean initiatives, managing meeting invites, and organizing discussions with global teams.

- Quality Report Downloading
- Global Lean Tracker/Dashboard Updates
- Lean Pending Initiatives Follow-Up with the team
- Meeting Invitation and Organization
- Global Collaboration

**_Are you the one? _**
- _Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in any stream _
- _Strong understanding of quality standards and Lean principles _
- _Ability to communicate effectively with global teams & stakeholders. _
- _Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) _
- _Excellent skills in collaborating with global teams & ability to organize and manage global meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, and schedules are coordinated efficiently. _
