**Job Summary**:
Fornax BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Junior Process Associates for our Medical Billing - Non-Voice Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to start their career in the BPO/KPO industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform payment posting and processing tasks accurately.
- Work with medical billing systems and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with the team to meet process goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic typing skills (average typing speed)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Team coordination and time management
- Basic understanding of medical billing processes
- Non-voice process handling

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: Minimum 12th + Degree / 10th + Diploma
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)

**Salary Package**:

- ₹1,44,000 per annum

**Shift Timings**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹114,000.00 per year
