**Role : English voice process associate**

**Lead Generation**

**Experience : 1 - 5 Years**

**Location : Greams Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai**

**Shift : Fixed Day shift (9:30 am - 6:30 pm)**

**Qualification : Any Graduate / Engineering / Diploma Can Apply.**

**Salary : 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 P.A + Incentives and increment based on consistent performance**

For fresher - 15k Take home + CTC

Domestic Voice Process.

**Required Skills**:
Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients/Trainees to enhance Business relations.

Generate leads from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.

Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.

Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.

Responsible for targeted market research and lead generation

Responsibilities and Duties:
Experience: 1+ Years in handling top Clients of different Industry (Banking, IT, BPO/ITES, Manufacturing, Automobiles etc.)

Good negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Must be confident, Self-motivated with go
- getter attitude.

Applicant should possess good communication skills.

Applicant should have good understanding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
