- Proficiency in hotel management software

Join our dynamic team at as a Guest Relations Manager, where hospitality meets excellence. As the face of our establishment, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience from check-in to check-out.

Profile introduction:

- **Guest Satisfaction**: Oversee and manage all aspects of guest relations to ensure exceptional satisfaction and personalized service.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Supervise front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency, and in accordance with hotel policies.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect and analyze guest feedback to implement improvements and maintain high service standards.
- **Special Events**: Coordinate and manage special events, celebrations, and VIP arrangements for guests.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to handle challenging situations with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with diverse teams within the hotel.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
