**Role & responsibilities:
- **
**Handling Customer Enquiry and study their Technical and Commercial Requirement.**
**Prepare and deliver technical presentations of products and service to customers.**
**Provide technical and non-technical support and service to customer**
**To visit the potential customer and Generate sales**
**leads and follow up after initial meeting.**
**To prepare Quotation, Work Order.**
**Collaborate with sales team to understand customer**
**requirement, to promote the sale of company products.**
**Plan to modify product configuration to meet customer needs.**
**Responsible for documentation of ongoing projects, inspection arrangements, and dispatch of the products.**
**Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.**
**Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.**
**Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.**
**Understand our product/services technical features, functionalities and benefits.**
**Study customer needs, pain points and business challenges and create a customized sales proposal with the sales team.**
**Tendering work on various govt. Portal Like. GEM, OEM E-Procurement, etc.**
**Industrial Pumps sales marketing background first prefer**
**Industrial Motor, VFD**
**Must have experience in industrial sales and marketing.**
**Sound knowledge in GEM portal, Tendering, Bidding**
