**ERP Sales Representative Position**
**Job description**
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **ERP** **Sales Representative **to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Generate leads
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to take sales to closure
- Cold-call prospects that are generated by various sources of lead.
- Gather & analyses requirements, follow up with customers regularly and maintain healthy customer relationship. Clearly and effectively communicate NHCL services to prospects Overcome objections of prospective clients
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
**Required Qualification**
- Minimum 3+ years of direct work experience in B2B sales, preferably selling into Indian markets
- Strong sales acumen with knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to talk to Senior Managers and CXO level executives
- Demonstrated expertise in opportunity qualification, converting cold leads to hot, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
- Experience with generating their own database through various sources like LinkedIn or Google
- Capability to meet or exceed goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with an engaging level of enthusiasm and interest in solution sales
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Job type: Work from office
Working days: Monday to Friday
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
