**Customer Service Executive**
A customer Service Executive is a person who addresses the issues of the customers and provides them with relevant solutions. They are one of the most important parts of any organization as they represent the company as a whole. They are responsible for retaining the customers by providing them assistance and establishing good relations with them.
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services
They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
- Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
- Keeping a proper record of the customers.
- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
- Making products and services reports by collecting and analysing the information provided by the customers.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent English and Bengali verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experienced working in BPO Sector 2 to 5yrs
- Tell calling/Voice Calling Experience 2 to 5yrs
- International Calling Experience 2 to 5yrs
