**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with different departments as per organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate records and minutes of meetings, proceedings, and follow up on action items and status updates.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodation for staff and Directors when needed, adhering to the organization's travel policy.
- Greet and assist all guests, clients, and visitors of the company, providing support and ensuring a positive experience.
- Uphold and communicate office decorum and discipline in accordance with the organization's policy.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient office stationery supplies to support daily operations.
- Address office-related issues and facilitate their resolution, ensuring a conducive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in office coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and communication tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
