About the Role
- Study Execution: Meticulously prepare and execute sensory and esthetic evaluation studies on our skincare and cosmetic products, following established protocols.
- Participant Coordination: Manage the scheduling, communication, and well-being of study participants and models, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone involved.
- Data Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry of study results into our systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the information.
- Logistics & Preparation: Assist in preparing the testing environment, product samples, and necessary documentation for all study sessions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the R&I scientists and study managers to ensure seamless execution and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For
**Essential Qualifications**:

- A graduate, ideally with a background as a beauty assistant or prior experience in the beauty, make-up, or skincare industry.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Based in Mumbai and available for a regular, full-time office role.
