**Reports To**: Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure raw materials (e.g., pigments, emulsifiers, waxes) and packaging items (e.g., tubes, compacts, bottles) in line with production requirements.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure alignment of material specs and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely reorders to prevent production delays.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Manage documentation such as purchase requisitions, GRNs, and invoices for internal records and audits.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain issues including delays or quality complaints.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and availability of cosmetic-grade raw materials and packaging innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Diploma in Cosmetics Technology a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and packaging is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or equivalent).
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience working with regulatory-compliant suppliers (FDA, BIS, etc.).
- Understanding of lead times and batch manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,512.95 - ₹37,662.46 per month
