The Purchase Executive is responsible for **sourcing, negotiating, and procuring** high-quality **mechanical, electronic, and optical components** for automation and vision systems. The role involves **vendor management, cost optimization, procurement planning, and inventory control** to ensure smooth production and project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and planning departments to replenish stock.
- Conduct price analysis and maintain cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in procurement processes.
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or billing discrepancies.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Work closely with finance and accounts departments for invoice clearance and vendor payments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance.
- Utilize **ERP systems** for purchase order management and stock tracking.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in **Supply Chain, Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics), or Business Administration**.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in procurement, preferably in **automation, robotics, or vision systems**.
- **Skills**: Vendor management, cost negotiation, ERP proficiency(Tally), import/export knowledge, and strong analytical abilities.
