**Company job Description**

Following procurement policies. Comparing products and services to be purchased. Managing inventories, purchase pricing & records. Preparing budgets and reports. Making Delivery challans & Invoices Preparing Order Processing Preparing work orders Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements Undertake any other ad -hoc duties as assigned Manage supplier relationships, negotiate programs, select assortments, optimize support Develop and maintain sales plan

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Purchase Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The IT Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT equipment and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and negotiating contracts with vendors. Daily tasks include processing purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with the IT department for technical specifications, and resolving any issues related to deliveries and invoices

Experience :Require minimum 2 years Expr needed local suppliers experience & Direct purchase on External customer

**Qualifications**:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Excellent documentation and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and direct purchase with external purchase customer

**Bachelor's degree or a related field**

Experience in procurement or a similar role is a plus

Location : Navi Mumbai & Mumbai

job Type: full time

Salary : upto 40k

Shift timing: 9.30 to 6.30 comfortable to work with flexible shift timimg

off: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
