We are hiring for Purchase Executive for Navi Mumbai location below is the JD:

- As a Purchase Executive, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the procurement process within the organization.

Responsibility
- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**: Identify potential suppliers and vendors through research, networking, and negotiation. Evaluate vendors based on quality, price, and delivery speed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- **Purchase Planning**: Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Create purchase plans and schedules to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while optimizing costs and inventory levels.
- **Request for Quotations (RFQ)**: Prepare RFQs and requests for proposals (RFPs) to solicit bids from vendors. Evaluate proposals received, negotiate terms and prices, and select the most suitable suppliers.
- **Purchase Orders (PO)**: Generate purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Verify order details, including quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance and monitor order status until delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to anticipate demand and avoid stockouts. Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
- **Supplier Performance Evaluation**: Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery reliability, quality standards, and responsiveness. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions..

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is Perferred.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
