**Job Title**: Purchase Executive.
**Job Location**:Rabale Navi Mumbai.
**Office Timings**:Monday to Saturday 10am to 6:30pm.
**Experience Requirements**: 1 to 3 years, of experience in Purchase Executive.
**Qualification Requirements**:Minimum Engineer Degree or Bachelors in Engineering.
- To identify prospective vendors / suppliers as on you receive material requisition from stores / admin. new vendor development.
- Maintaining good relationship with team for proper updates,
- Negotiating with the vendors on terms and conditions and pricing of materials.
- Preparing the comparison analysis sheet, evaluating supply options, spare components, product and get final approval.
- Timely submission Purchase order to suppliers /vendors.
- Tracking purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- To Review, evaluate and approve specification for quality of purchased materials.
- Cross checking invoices and submitting to Accounts department. Following up with accounts for vendor payment.
- Maintaining of Purchase order and delivery challan files.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Timely submission of reports with in prescribed timelines (daily/ monthly/ quarterly).

**Salary Range**:2 LPA to 3 LPA.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Purchase Executive: 1 year (required)
