We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Purchase Executive** to join our procurement team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value.
- Process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve supply, quality, service, or invoicing issues with vendors.
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.

**Requirements**:

- B.E in Electrical / Electronics and other related fields
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
