**Position Overview**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends in Tirupur.

Analyze data to develop sales strategies and identify areas of opportunity.

**Client Acquisition**:
Actively prospect and acquire new clients in Tirupur through various channels including cold-calling, networking events, and referrals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Sales Strategy Development**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set for Tirupur market expansion.

Collaborate with the sales team in Chennai to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
Possess in-depth knowledge of our servo stabilizer products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential clients.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts for Tirupur market.

Provide timely and accurate information to management to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the electrical equipment or industrial machinery industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the Tirupur market and industry trends is a plus.
