- b. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**Employer Branding**:

- a. Assist in employer branding activities to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
- b. Represent Nwaresoft at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment platforms.

**Recruitment Metrics & Reporting**:

- a. Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
- b. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.

**Onboarding Support**:

- a. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT/technology domain.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in hiring for IT and technical roles.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws related to recruitment.
