We are hiring for "**International Voice Process Executive**" for a **"Product Based IT Company". Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product information and suggest relevant solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.**
**- Should have minimum 8 months or 1 year on paper of experience in international inbound voice / Chat / Blended process.**

**Shifts : Rotational ( Max Night Shifts)**
**Job Location : Phase 8B, Mohali.**
**No. Of Positions - 05**

**Salary**: ₹9,808.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
