**About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and **customer-focused professionals**to join our **International Voice Process** team. The role involves **handling inbound/outbound calls, providing effective solutions to customer queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience**across international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle**customer queries and complaints via calls in a professional manner.
- **Provide accurate information and effective resolution** within defined timelines.
- **Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction** through excellent service.
- **Meet performance targets** including quality, productivity, and adherence.
- **Keep records**of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- **Collaborate**with team members and support other functions when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication** skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Good **listening and problem-solving** abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in a voice process (international or domestic) is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
