Job Summary

We are looking for Domestic Process and International Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers. You will provide high-quality customer support, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction by following company policies and using CRM tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via voice (phone) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests related to the client's products or services.
  • Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems, maintain records of calls, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Work closely with team leads, quality analysts, and trainers to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement areas, and contribute to the development of FAQs or policy documents.

Required Qualifications / Skills :

  • Education: 12th pass or Graduate Complete.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM and MS Office.
