  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain records and update CRM systems

  • Work in rotational shifts with weekly off.

Cab Facility:

  • Available only for female employees
  • Coverage: Within defined transport zone, between 8 PM and 8 AM

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge and typing speed
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (Freshers eligible)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹36,000.00 per month
