**About the team**

The role will be a combination of team lead activities, day to day support and project work, with a strong focus on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. This will involve liaison at all levels within Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) and various Business Communities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Install and maintain up
- to-date Operational System software, patch levels, firmware, drivers and related program products
- Proficient in infrastructure architecture of large-scale, automated environments
- Responsible for participating in the architecture design of the solution then executing the strategy set by architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and change.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis while working in a diverse technology environment

**What you bring**
- Relevant experience of 2+ years
- identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner to meet service levels and standards for the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Decision making ability within specified parameters as well as independent and collaborative decision-making skills.
- Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrate Excellent communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills
- Solid business acumen and an awareness of business implications of decisions

**Education Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
