**Roles and Responsibilities** a. Assist Vertical Head/Sales Head to develop business plans for various products b. Explore new market for composite based products c. Ensure that new inquiries and new customers are generated d. Register the company profile with major consultants of various products and segments their off e. Timely fulfilment of legal contractual arrangement with dealers, distributors and liaising agents f. Ensure that annual targets set by the management are achieved. g. Prepare templates and tools like presentation for brand building and new catalogues etc. for marketing purposes h. Visit customer sites periodically and meet customer representatives to maintain better relations i. Provide order acceptance to customer subsequent to manufacturing capability confirmation j. Monitor delivery against committed timeline and ensure on time execution of orders k. Order Processing and Tracking : Process the order and keep tracking the status of the delivery, tracking for payments l. Expedite on delivery front m. Ensure adherence to departmental procedural requirements n. Ensure upkeep of relevant records o.
