- Primary Responsibilities

- Ordination with production team in case of Parameter deviation, break down, Machine downtime due to process parameters, safety parameters cGMP and regulatory aspects.
- Control excess and short production in order to control inventory & improve DAFOE/OTDIF. Calculate and communicate the production status, recovery status, waste status running batch planning for next batch.
- Ensure all the necessary Material for the shift is available.
- Communication of quality status to entire team to maintain consistent quality and safety.
- Execute Recipe change for production, viscosity reduction, by product recovery, waste generation and safety.
- Production handover and takeover
- Ensure adherence of all daily/ weekly/fort nightly and monthly schedules, activities, and change schedules, production schedules to minimize breakdown & to improve quality
- Ensure all the time shop floor should be auditable all the times from GMP and regulatory point of view. (100% audit compliance)
- Ensure Trainings of SOP, Safety, cGMP and ensure effectiveness of it.
- Internal process:
Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis and develop timely action plan to meet the defined targets.
Update self with developments in pharma industry and how can the same be capitalized through innovative solutions
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
