**Position **:Officer - Operation (Panel Officer)

**Job Location **:Dahej, Gujarat

**About the company**:
One of the leading names in the Chemical Storage Terminal Leading name in Commercial Port & terminal Industries, having store capacity for petrochemical & similar product with premium client from oil & gas.

**Job Requirement**:

- BE- Chemical with 3+ Years of experience in operation of tank farm/ storage tank/ terminal industries.
- Diploma/ B.Sc. with 12+ years of experience in operation of tank farm/ storage tank/ terminal industries
- Must have experience of DCS System

**Job Role**:

- Maintain smooth plant operation with adherence to SOP'S and SOC's
- Tank Farm & Road Loading Facility Panel Operations including cryogenic handling of LPG, Propane, Butane, chillers, ETP, cooling tower etc.
- Check process parameters as per schedule and process control, monitor chemicals and utility consumption
- Monitor trends of critical parameters to identity impending abnormalities and notify shift in-charge (shift superintendent) for corrective actions
- Activate ESD, Coordinate system shutdown and start up through panel operation and communication to field
- Follow guidelines received from shift superintendent (shift in-charge) through Shift Team Meetings / shift instructions for enhancement of plant operations
- Continuously monitor the panel for any significant changes in operating parameters, alarms etc. and take corrective action whenever deviation is observed
- Address the reasons for deviations in operating parameters and mention the corrective actions taken
- Communicate with field operations and enable smooth and safe operations of control panel.
- Able to troubleshoot concerns in compressor operation and tank commissioning & decommissioning operations.
- Document in writing the key parameter changes, events, actions taken and follow up required in the Operating logs
- Ability to retrieve the relevant, updated data and Process Technology documentation from respective locations like IMS, ReIMS
- Ability to communicate in local language that can be understood by others in the working area
- Ability to write log book
- Ability to work with DCS/PLC
- Ability to use system tools relevant to the job role like ESD, SAP-IM, ELS, ReIMS etc.
- Knowledge relevant to Tank operations, Road Tanker Truck loading, Pipeline custody Transfer & Jetty operations
- Basic knowledge on applicable safety procedures like work permit system, interlock bypass, incident management etc.
