Responsibilities - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts. - Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. - Maintain organized storage of products and supplies. - Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and requisitions. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Provide excellent customer service and support. - Train and supervise junior staff in store operations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in inventory management or store operations. - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
