Position : Sales Coordinator FMCG/FMCD
Experience : 2 year of Sale experience
Salary : 25k to 30k
Location : Mumbai, Turbhe
Working days : Monday to saturday
Office Timings : 10 am to 7 pm
Notice period : Immediately Joiner
Education : Any Graduate
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
**Mandatory Requirements**:
Proficiency in any sales automation software.
Advanced skills in MIS and Excel.
Prior experience in FMCG/FMCD industry.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating MT or GT sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Utilize sales automation software such as Bizom and Field Assist for efficient sales management. (any software)
Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
Monitor and analyze daily market activities, tracking time from initial contact to final transaction.
Oversee trade schemes and sampling initiatives.
Provide crucial support during product launches.
Coordinate orders for packaging materials from designated vendors.
Assist in executing below-the-line (BTL) promotional activities.
Manage the utilization of point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
Process field staff expenses in compliance with company policies.
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards for both manpower and products.
Experience in coordinating Modern Trade (MT) or General Trade (GT) sales is essential.
Highlight critical issues to top management, including product aging reports, manpower performance, target achievement etc
Facilitate procurement orders and coordinate with MT accounts until product is consumed.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
