Sales Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
4-5 years of experience in the FMCG/FMCD industry.
Must Haves:
- Proficiency in sales automation software such as Bizom or Field Assist.
- Advanced skills in MIS and Excel.
- Prior experience in the FMCG/FMCD industry.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating MT or GT sales.
- Must have great personality, team building capabilities and a hustle nature
Role Requirements: - Utilize sales automation software for efficient sales management. - Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Stock aging analysis for all the MT and GT outlets - Monitor and analyze daily market activities. - Oversee trade schemes and sampling initiatives. - Provide crucial support during product launches. - Coordinate orders for packaging materials. - Assist in executing the sales promotional activities. - Manage the utilization of point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale materials (POSM). - Process field staff expenses in compliance with company policies. - Ensure adherence to hygiene standards for both manpower and products. - Highlight critical issues to top management.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
