Hey
We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our team and help us document and streamline our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), defining job roles, and developing salary structures for our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with various teams within the organization to understand existing business processes and document them in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business functions.
- Define job roles and responsibilities for different positions within the organization.
- Develop salary structures that are competitive and equitable based on industry standards and organizational budget.
- Conduct research on best practices and provide recommendations on process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
