Job Title: Operations & HR Executive

Location: Chennai | In Office

Job Description:

We are hiring an HR & Operations Executive to ensure smooth execution of SBV's consulting projects and to support core HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, client-handling capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines, quality, and team coordination. The candidate will also support recruitment, employee management, and HR documentation processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end process in project execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with CEO/Consultants for project planning and execution.
  • Maintain project trackers and documentation using ClickUp/Google Drive.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Handle client communication, feedback collection, and escalation management.
  • Ensure formal project closure, sign-offs, and archiving of records.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned.
  • Maintain HR records: attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts: schedule interviews, screen resumes, and follow-up with candidates.
  • Draft and maintain HR documents like offer letters, policies, and confirmation letters.
  • Organize internal events and employee engagement activities.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal communication and employee queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or HR roles (consulting preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and HR tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem-solving and people management abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Job Types: Full-time
