About Us:
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of the E-Mobility Event, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
- Manage event registration, including tracking attendees and handling inquiries.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with different institutions and colleges to encourage their students to participate in Events.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and coordination of sessions and activities.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and assist in post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the technology or automotive sectors.
- Must have prior experience in event management preferably automobile industry, EV sector or related.
- Proven experience in securing sponsorships for events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for e-mobility and sustainable transportation is a plus.
- Familiarity with the e-mobility industry and current trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,124.78 - ₹32,477.85 per month
