**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and existing contacts in the industry.
- Pitch event solutions to potential clients and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in **event and exhibition sales** (mandatory).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the event industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
