Internship Role: Event Intern

As an Event Intern, you’ll play a supporting yet impactful role in planning, promoting, and executing flagship E-Mobility Events at ISIEINDIA. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build experience in event execution, marketing, and community engagement, especially in the EV and automotive space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and managing logistics for E-Mobility events

Coordinate with colleges, vendors, speakers, and internal teams

Handle participant registrations and resolve queries

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with college representatives

Help with sponsor outreach and relationship management

Support on-ground event operations and post-event feedback collection

Maintain data, reports, and documentation for events

Eligibility & Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Interest or academic background in electric vehicles, automotive industry, or technical education is a strong plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

Creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with social media marketing tools is a plus

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
