**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Preventive & Corrective Maintenance**:

- Perform or supervise regular preventive maintenance of **HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, fire alarms, generators**, and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil systems.

**Facility Operations**:

- Monitor and manage building systems to ensure uninterrupted operation of all essential utilities and services.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate repairs and service requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas, infrastructure, and critical systems.

**Vendor & Contractor Management**:

- Supervise third-party contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks (e.g., fire safety systems, air conditioning servicing).
- Review work quality and ensure all vendors follow safety and compliance protocols.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, equipment logs, and compliance reports.
- Report operational status, issues, and maintenance requirements to senior management.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to **building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements** (e.g., OSHA, local fire codes).
- Conduct routine safety checks and support audits and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- **6-10 years** of proven experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems.
- Familiarity with energy management and BMS (Building Management System) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and SOPs.
- Skilled in using tools and diagnostic equipment.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent (required); a degree is an advantage.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
