**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Yoga Classes**: Conduct group and individual yoga sessions, offering modifications and adjustments to cater to students of different levels (beginner to advanced).
- **Instructional Expertise**: Teach various forms of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, or any other specialty styles based on studio requirements.
- **Alignment and Safety**: Ensure proper alignment, technique, and safety for students during sessions.
- **Personalized Guidance**: Provide personalized instruction and adjustments to students based on their individual needs, fitness levels, and limitations.
- **Maintain Class Environment**: Create a welcoming, calm, and motivating atmosphere for students to practice yoga.
- **Promote Studio Offerings**: Encourage participation in studio events, workshops, and wellness programs.
- **Demonstrate Proper Techniques**: Effectively demonstrate postures and breathing exercises while maintaining a flow in class.
- **Student Engagement**: Build strong relationships with students by offering support, encouragement, and ongoing motivation.
- **Continued Learning**: Stay updated with new developments in the field of yoga and continuously work on improving your practice and teaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Yoga Instructor with 2-3 years of teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of various yoga styles, postures, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in their yoga practice.
- A warm, approachable, and positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
