About the Role

As a
Yoga Instructor
, you will play a key role in delivering our holistic wellness philosophy to guests from across the globe. You'll conduct individual and group yoga sessions, tailor therapeutic yoga practices, and integrate mindfulness and pranayama techniques into each guest's wellness journey.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary wellness team—including doctors, physiotherapists, fitness coaches, and dietitians—to ensure that every guest experiences yoga as a healing science and a way of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions for guests of all levels (beginner to advanced).
  • Design personalized yoga programs based on guest health assessments and wellness objectives.
  • Lead specialized sessions such as therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, or yoga for detox and stress relief.
  • Educate guests on yoga philosophy, posture alignment, breathing techniques, and lifestyle integration.
  • Collaborate with wellness consultants and support holistic treatment plans.
  • Maintain high professional standards and ensure the wellbeing and safety of participants.
  • Participate in wellness events, workshops, and guest engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certified Yoga Trainer (minimum RYT 200; RYT 500 preferred) from a recognized yoga institution.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in a wellness retreat, luxury spa, or yoga studio environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, or Iyengar Yoga.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, breathing techniques, and holistic health principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse international clientele.
  • Calm, compassionate demeanor with a commitment to continuous self-practice and learning.
