Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Assess Clients' Fitness Levels**: Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current physical condition and health status.
- **Develop Personalized Workout Plans**: Create customized fitness programs based on clients' goals, preferences, and fitness levels.
- **Guide and Motivate Clients**: Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them correctly to avoid injury. Provide encouragement and support to keep clients motivated.
- **Monitor Progress**: Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
- **Ensure Safety**: Maintain a safe and clean workout environment by following gym policies and procedures.
- **Educate Clients**: Provide information on nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle changes to support clients' fitness goals.
- **Lead Group Fitness Classes**: Conduct group fitness sessions, including aerobics, yoga, spinning, etc., if applicable.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and certifications.

Qualifications:

- **Certification**: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and training techniques.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate clients, strong organizational skills.
- **Physical Fitness**: High level of physical fitness to demonstrate exercises and participate in workouts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Specialty Certifications**: Additional certifications in specific fitness areas (e.g., yoga, Pilates, strength training).
- **First Aid/CPR Certification**: Certified in First Aid and CPR.
- **Education**: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.

Work Environment:

- **Location**: Fitness center, gym, or health club.
- **Hours**: Variable, may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Benefits:
