About the Role

You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end workflow of the podcast, ensuring seamless episode production, distribution, and audience engagement. Additionally, you will support social media execution, working alongside our expert consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Management (Primary Focus)
- Episode Production & Editing:

- Manage the entire podcast workflow - from recording to publishing.
- Perform basic video editing (willing to train).
- Edit and process audio for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
- Add intros, outros, and background music to maintain brand consistency.
- Content Planning & Scheduling:

- Organize and maintain a content calendar (1 episode per week).
- Coordinate batch recordings to ensure a steady content pipeline.
- Assist in structuring episodes (Solo, Guest, Success Stories, Networking Reviews).
- Publishing & Distribution:

- Upload and manage episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
- Optimize episode titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for engagement.
- Repurposing Content for Social Media:

- Create YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels from podcast highlights.
- Convert key insights into LinkedIn posts and carousels using Canva.
- Work with the social media expert to maximize reach and engagement.
- Guest Coordination & Promotion:

- Schedule and communicate with podcast guests.
- Ensure guest interviews are recorded, edited, and promoted effectively.
- Assist in cross-promotions with guests and networking platforms.

Social Media Support (Secondary Focus)
- Basic Content Creation & Graphics:

- Create Canva-based templates for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Design thumbnails and promo visuals for podcast episodes.
- Posting & Engagement (With Guidance from Social Media Expert):

- Help schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Engage with the community through comments & messages.
- Contest & Community Growth Initiatives:

- Assist in managing launch contests and listener engagement campaigns.
- Track social media performance metrics for growth insights.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Video Editing Skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, iMovie, or willingness to learn)

Canva Expertise (Creating thumbnails, LinkedIn posts, IG reels, etc.)

Strong organizational skills - managing schedules, guests, and content pipeline

Ability to write engaging descriptions & captions for episodes and social media

Interest in business networking, podcasts, and social media trends

A proactive attitude - we need someone who takes ownership

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus):
Prior experience managing a podcast or YouTube channel

Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies

Basic knowledge of SEO for podcast and video optimization
