**Role Overview**

As a Podcast Host, you will be the **voice and face** of one of our niche podcast channels. You’ll engage guests, present ideas confidently, and connect with the Indian youth through authentic, research-backed, and well-paced episodes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Host weekly podcast episodes (solo and with guests)
- Prepare for episodes: research guests, topics, trending themes
- Develop and refine episode scripts or talking points
- Conduct interviews in-person or virtually using studio setup
- Collaborate with the content strategist, editors, and marketing team
- Record intros, outros, promos, and call-to-action clips
- Engage audience through social media lives, Q&As, or comment response clips
- Represent SeekhoBecho across digital events and community spaces

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Excellent spoken Hindi + English (bilingual preferred)
- Strong stage presence / voice clarity / storytelling ability
- Prior experience in anchoring, podcasting, hosting, or theatre is a big plus
- Comfortable on camera and open to constructive feedback
- Knowledge of Indian Gen Z culture, reels trends, and internet tone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
