**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Host and moderate webinars, live events, podcasts, and online/offline shows

Conduct thorough research to develop compelling questions, topics, and event narratives

Collaborate with internal teams, speakers, and guests to plan and execute engaging sessions

Script event flow, introductions, and transitions with precision and clarity

Represent the brand with professionalism and energy across public-facing platforms

Maintain audience engagement through interactive and insightful content delivery

Travel occasionally to host on-site events or conduct in-person interviews

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
2-3 years of hands-on experience as a host/anchor for events, webinars, podcasts, or similar formats

Strong research abilities to support content creation and audience engagement

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Confident on-camera presence and the ability to think on your feet

Comfortable with periodic travel for live events or field assignments

Familiarity with live-streaming platforms, webinar tools, and podcasting software is a plus
